איזו הפתעה היתה לי היום. בדרך כלל כשאני יוצא מן הבית בדרכי לשיעור גמרא ותפילת שחרית, אני עובר ליד המחשב ומציץ לראות כמה מבקרים היו ב"הושבילים" אתמול והיום. והנה לתדהמתי ראיתי קורא אחד מסוריה. איך עם מלחמת האזרחים הנוראה שם (א-שאם) צדיק אחד מצא עניין וזמן להתעדכן לגבי מסלולי טיולים בארץ בבלוג "הושבילים"? דמיינתי לעצמי שבין הפגזה להפגזה של כוחות הממשל הסורי הקורא היקר צועק, אללה אכבר! תראו מה כתבו ב"הושבילים"!
לאחרונה אני מקפיד להשתמש במילות קשר בערבית כשמדובר בטיול בישוב ערבי. כבר היו בעבר מבקרים מן הרשות הפלסטינית, סעודיה, דובאי וירדן. יתכן שמילות המפתח בערבית משכו גם את תשומת לב הקורא מסוריה.
האם יכול להיות מדובר בתושב ישראל הגר ברמת הגולן ובטעות (?) וורדפרס מסווג אותו כמתגורר בסוריה. צריך עיון.
היו זמנים שאזרחי ישראל חלמו לנגב חומוס בדמשק. אולי האזרח הסורי הזה רוצה לאכול פלאפל בתל אביב. בכל מקרה אני מאחל לו "מע סלאמה"!

In other words, we don't make a determination here at WordPress.com of whether a specific IP belongs to one country or another. We simply pass on the public whois data on record for that IP address.
